An exchange request may be reviewed only if:

The item is unused and returned in its original packaging
The request is submitted within 24 hours of delivery
Valid proof of purchase is provided
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened perfumes, used skincare items, or cosmetics with disturbed packaging cannot be exchanged.
If a customer receives a product that is damaged in transit or different from the confirmed order, NEW WEST® will arrange an exchange of the same item following verification.
To qualify:
A continuous unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the parcel is opened (without edits).
The concern must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
The product must remain sealed and unused.
Requests submitted without proper video documentation may not be eligible for review.
Exchange requests cannot be processed in cases involving:

Change of mind after delivery

Courier transit delays outside company control
Products returned in opened or altered condition
