📦 Nationwide Delivery Timelines

We offer secure and reliable delivery all across Pakistan within 4–5 working days through trusted courier partners. For Karachi customers, we also provide urgent same-day delivery on select prepaid orders.

💳 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

COD is available for your convenience, but to protect against misuse:

All orders must be confirmed via WhatsApp or phone before dispatch.
Repeated fake or non-serious orders may lead to blacklisting of the contact number or IP address.
Once confirmed, orders are non-cancellable without a valid reason.

For high-value or fragile items, partial advance payment may be requested.

⚡ Urgent Same-Day Delivery – Karachi Only

Need your order urgently?

We offer same-day delivery within Karachi.
This service is available for prepaid orders only.
Charges start from PKR 300, depending on distance and weight.

Orders confirmed before 4:00 PM qualify for same-day dispatch.

🔓 Allow to Open Policy

Your trust matters. Some customers prefer to inspect the parcel before accepting:

By default, parcels are sealed and not openable before payment.
If you require “Allow to Open,” please inform us while ordering.
In such cases, the courier may allow only outer packaging to be opened for visual inspection — product unboxing is not allowed.

New West is not responsible for any return or refusal if the customer didn’t pre-request “Allow to Open.”

🚚 Shipping Charges

Our shipping rates are simple and transparent:

Standard charges start from PKR 250 for most cities.
Shipping cost may vary depending on weight and destination, especially for bulk or multi-item orders.
Final shipping charges will be shared at checkout or during the order confirmation step.

We carefully pack each order, including a buffer for packaging weight (usually 100–200g), to ensure your items are delivered safely and securely.

Every item is packed in luxury-grade, tamper-proof packaging to ensure safety and hygiene.

Handling cost is already included in your product price.

🧾 4% E-Commerce Tax Compliance

In accordance with government regulations, a 4% e-commerce tax is applied on all online deliveries.

This tax is already included in the invoice amount you see.

You pay nothing extra post checkout.

🕒 Customer Support Hours

You can reach us for order or delivery assistance anytime between 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Saturday via WhatsApp, call, or email.

🛑 Delivery Attempts & Fake Order Prevention

Please respond to courier calls promptly. Missed deliveries can result in order cancellation.
If a courier marks an order “attempted” but no one contacted you, inform us immediately.

We take fraudulent courier practices seriously and will support you in resolving them.

🔄 Product Availability & Price Adjustments

At New West, we prioritize honesty and transparency:

In rare cases, a product may go out of stock or its price may change after you’ve placed your order.
If this occurs, our team will immediately inform you before processing.

Your order will only proceed after your confirmation on updated pricing or availability.
